Why the Customer is Important!

Last week in my entrepreneur class we read about why the customer is important. This is a topic that has been near and dear to me almost my whole "adult" life, or since I have graduated high school.

I worked retail for a company called Tradehome Shoes. Their motto was "Where Customer Service is a Step Ahead." That is something that was branded into my brain at an early age. And since then, I know that having the right customer support and base is essential to having a successful business.

No matter what the business is, it is important to have return customers. It is easier to keep current customers, instead of trying to get new ones. That is the most important concept that I took from my reading and my past working in retail.
